DELIVERY
Orders placed through the website are currently available in Ireland only.
All orders placed through the website will be shipped with An Post at a flat rate.
Please note, no orders are dispatched over the weekend. Most orders will be dispatched on the next working day. Our product will be delivered within 5 working days, depending on the time the order was placed.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact your neighbours or your local An Post sorting office in the first instance, to see if a parcel is waiting for collection, as sometimes the postman may forget to leave a slip in the letterbox. If the parcel is not there, then please contact us, [email protected]
Occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay delivery of your order (e.g. peak periods, high quantity of orders, hazardous weather, or postal strikes) we do ask for your patience.
RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to return any online orders, please contact us first via email at [email protected] so we can advise you on how best to return products to us.
If you have received your product and have simply changed your mind, then Penned to Perfection will happily issue a refund for products returned. In this instance, the customer is liable for the postage costs for returning the item. The products must be returned within 14 days of it being ordered. The refund will only be sent once the products are received by Penned to Perfection. The product will need to be un-used and in a re-sellable condition for refund to be processed. Get in touch by email and we will guide you through the process.
If by any chance your planner arrives in less than perfect condition then please get in touch. We can offer a replacement product, or a full refund. In this instance, Penned to Perfection will refund the postage for the return (via An Post). Penned to Perfection will only issue a refund once we have received the faulty products.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed, from the date received at Penned to Perfection.
CUSTOMERS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information (address, name, etc) given at point of ordering is correct as no changes can be made once the order has been placed.
